Q: What materials are your jewelry pieces made of?

A: In our Artisan's Touch Collection, each piece is crafted using eco-friendly, plant-dyed soft yarns, cotton fabrics, and other organic materials for a gentle, sustainable foundation.

Stone & Bead Elements: We adorn our designs with natural crystals, semi-precious stones (like blue chalcedony and yellow agate), high-quality cubic zirconia, imported Japanese beads, and more.

Metal Components: All metal parts feature 925 Sterling Silver and heavy 18K gold/platinum plating for lasting shine and hypoallergenic wear.

Q: Will the jewelry tarnish or cause allergies?

A: Our gold plating is 3 times thicker than the industry standard, ensuring long-lasting color under normal wear conditions (avoid contact with chemicals and water).

All metal parts are made from hypoallergenic materials (like 925 Sterling Silver). For those with highly sensitive skin, we highly recommend choosing our solid sterling silver or heavy gold-plated items.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: The total delivery time is approximately 15-27 business days from the date your order is placed. This timeframe includes our 5-7 business day order processing period and the subsequent transit time to your location.

 

Q: Why is there a 5-7 day processing time?

A: Honestly, because we care about what you receive. Many of our products involve handmade details or require special, careful preparation that cannot be rushed. This time allows us to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it ships.

 

Q: Can I pay to expedite the processing?

A: No, we do not offer this option. To be fair to all customers and consistent with our quality standards, we process all orders with the same care and are unable to make exceptions for rush orders.

 

Q: When will I get my tracking number?

A: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

 

 

Orders & Payment 

Q: Can I cancel or update my order?

A:You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please email us immediately at service@yourbrand.com with your order number. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped.

 

Q: I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I add it now?

A: Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed and paid for. However, please contact our customer service, and we will be happy to issue you an equivalent voucher for your next purchase.

Q: Can my jewelry be repaired if it breaks?

A: We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item has a manufacturing defect under normal use within [e.g., 6 months], please contact us for a free repair. Repairs for non-warranty issues may also be available for a small fee covering materials and labor.
