Overview
We want you to love your purchase from BellaBean Finds. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most eligible items under the following policy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
It must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
It must include all original tags, packaging, and certificates.
It must be a regular-priced item.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:
All earrings (for both pierced and non-pierced ears, due to strict hygiene reasons).
Any customized or personalized items.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Return Process
Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at bellabeanfinds@gmail.com, within the 30-day window. You must include your order number and photos of the item(s) in your email.
Get Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the shipping address for our returns center. Please note that return requests submitted during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Ship the Item: Ship your return using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return package must include the RA number clearly visible on the outside. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or sent without an RA number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please allow additional processing time during holiday periods.
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note: As we offer Free Shipping on all orders, the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable. A deduction equivalent to this cost may be applied to your refund.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated handling fees.
International Returns (For customers outside of China)
You, the customer, are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may be incurred during the return process. We are unable to advise on or reimburse these charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at bellabeanfinds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos or a video clearly showing the issue. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. The process and conditions for exchanges are the same as for returns, as outlined above.
