1. How to Check Your Order Status
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "Order History" section. All your order details and real-time status will be displayed there. You will also receive key email notifications at each stage of your order's journey.
2. Order Status Definitions
Processing: Your order has been confirmed and payment has been authorized. It is currently in our studio being prepared for shipment. This includes the meticulous crafting, quality checking, and packaging of your handmade or curated item. This stage typically takes 5-7 business days.
> > What you can do: Please use this time to double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation email. Ensuring your address is accurate is crucial for a smooth delivery.
Shipped: Your order has been packaged and has left our studio. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
> > What you can do: Click the tracking link in your email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. It is normal for there to be a short delay before the first scan appears.
In Transit: Your order is on its journey to you. You can monitor its progress using the provided tracking number. For international orders, please expect a transit time of 10-20 business days.
> > What you can do: Monitor the tracking regularly. For international packages, it is common for there to be several days between updates, especially during customs clearance. Please be patient.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the location specified by the shipping address. The tracking information will indicate the delivery as confirmed by the carrier.
> > What you can do: Check your mailbox, porch, or with your building management immediately. If you cannot locate the package, please contact your local post office or the carrier directly with your tracking number, as they have the most precise delivery information.
Completed: The order has been successfully delivered, and the return window has passed. The transaction is fully complete.
3. Important Notes
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please review your information carefully.
Carrier Responsibility: Once the package is marked as "Shipped" and is with the carrier, the delivery process is managed by the shipping company. We recommend contacting them directly for the most accurate and timely tracking updates.
